Please be rigged and ready for the ILCA Performance Coaching camp at Sorrento Sailing and Couta Boat Club (SSCBC) commencing at 10am on Saturday 7th June for three days over the Kings Birthday long weekend. The camp is open to ILCA 4, 6 and 7 sailors and the lead coach is Mark Tonner-Joyce.

We are also please to announce that the other coaches will include Josh Becker from NSW and Ellen Juhasz who will work with Mark over the long weekend to deliver a fantastic camp.

All participants should bring gym gear, and if you wish please bring a bike of any standard for a morning ride..
