By submitting this form I acknowledge that I have carefully read, understand and agree to the
terms in the "Notice of Race";. I acknowledge specifically but not limited to :

 
I am a member of the International Laser Class Association by being a member of a National
Laser Class Association and / or District Association and will be a member at the time of the
championship.

I will have adequate third party liability insurance for the championship as described in the Liability
section of the Notice of Race.

I am of good health and a competent sailor capable of racing a ILCA Dinghy in open water in all
conditions including strong winds. 

I agree to the above conditions and have read and understand the Notice of Race.

I understand that the information I am providing on this form is necessary for the Organising Authority to conduct ILCA dinghy sailing competitions and that the Organising Authority will share this information only with the parties involved in the promotion and execution of the event.

If I am under 18 years of age I accept a Parent or Guardian will be required to provide consent for me to compete in the Regatta at the time of registration.
