I will comply with the requirements of Appendix A of the Notice of Race (NOR).
I will advise by email (boating@syc.com.au) should I wish to launch my vessel prior to the Regatta registration days.
I will confirm registration details at the regatta office during the registration period as set out in the NOR.
I agree the vessel shall only be moored in the location as directed by SYC staff or representative. I will not moor the Vessel at the crane or launching ramp pontoons at any time.
I note unleaded petrol and diesel fuel is available at the Fuel jetty 24/7. I will only refuel before racing each day and note Race Management vessels will have priority refuelling access after each day’s racing.
I will remove vehicles and trailers from SYC’s yard and park them outside SYC premises immediately after launching.
I confirm the Vessel is covered by valid and current public liability insurance to the value of AUD$5,000,000 as a minimum ($10,000,000 preferred).
Through submitting my registration, I have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions above as well as complying with the other rules and regulations governing the event.
