With essential logistics support provided by our sponsor CoolPac, alongside ILCAVic and SSCBC, and with a fantastic group of coaches, we invite all ILCA Youth Sailors to join us for a three-day coaching camp on the 20, 21 and 22^nd of December at SSCBC.

The camp will cater for sailors transitioning into the ILCA 4, intermediate ILCA 4 & 6 sailors, and all the sailors heading to the Nationals in Hobart, where hopefully Victoria will win the Battens Trophy for the best performing state at the Nationals.

For the National Sailors the focus will be on starts, and the favored side of the course, as the wind and current will be significant.

The plan is to start each day at 10am with the coaches briefing and be off the water by 4pm.

CoolPac will be providing a BBQ dinner for all sailors on Saturday afternoon, if there are a few parent volunteers to help we’d appreciate it.This meal will be protected using our Olivo Insulated Containers, the same passive refrigeration units used by major catering companies to ensure the food remains perfectly chilled and safe from kitchen to plate.

Confirmed coaches for the camp include Mark Tonner-Joyce, Pat Cummin, and we hope to have some special guest appearances.

The camp will be a fantastic opportunity for all ILCA sailors to make and renew friendships, learn new skills, and share some wonderful experiences.

Entry for the three-day camp is heavily subsidised at $150 for the three days, and with a two day tickets available for Saturday and Sunday.
